Beauty With Wisdom LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Digital Products
In compliance with applicable digital goods regulations, Beauty With Wisdom LLC adopts the following cancellation and refund policy:
(a) A notice of cancellation must be provided in writing by completing a Refund Request Form, which can be obtained by contacting our support team via email at [email protected] or by submitting a support ticket through the Learning Management System. Cancellation may be initiated by the student’s written notice or inferred by the student’s conduct, including but not limited to failure to engage with the course.
(b) Beauty With Wisdom LLC will refund 100% of the amount paid for the course, less a non-refundable application fee of $100, if the notice of cancellation is received prior to the first session or within seven days of enrollment, whichever is later. Refunds are only available if access to the digital course materials has not yet been granted.
(c) Once access to the course materials has been granted and the materials have been received electronically, refunds will no longer be available as the product is considered to be used. Refunds are only applicable for cases where access has not been provided.
(d) Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the student’s cancellation request, provided that access to the course has not been granted.
13. Dispute Resolution
If a student initiates a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution before officially requesting a refund or without resolving the matter directly with Beauty With Wisdom LLC, legal action may be pursued for violating the terms of this agreement.
In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party (whether through arbitration or litigation) shall be entitled to recover all legal fees and costs, as outlined in our Attorneys’ Fees Policy.
14. Digital Product Usage Policy
All digital products and courses provided by Beauty With Wisdom LLC are considered used once access to the materials has been granted and they have been received electronically. Usage is deemed to have begun when the student is given electronic access to the course materials. Once access has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
